Ingredients
Bread-
1 thin baguette or loaf of italian bread cut crosswise into 1/3 inch thick slices
olive oil or vegetable oil spray
TOMATO TOPPING-
1/2 lb tomatoes (about 2 med) seeded and chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced (about 1/2 t)
1 t extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 T shredded fresh basil or scallions
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Place bread slices on cookie sheet, spray lightly with oil spray. Toast in 400 degree oven until golden. Flip 1/2 way if necessary. in Small Tip and Mix Bowl stir together remaining ingredients. Place tomato topping in 1 Pint Crock. Place the 1 Pint Crock int eh Bread Basket along with the toasted bread.
