Shake down powders when assembling.
Preheat oven to 325. Add ingredients to 2 1/2 c cool water in a 2 qt
bowl. Allow to hydrate 10 min. Lightly grease 9x9 pan (or solar
pan). Cover with foil. Bake until set, apx 50 min.
