Melt butter in Grandma Bonnie's Pie Plate. Add celery seed, dill weed and onion. Stir. Cut biscuits into forths and arrnge on top of butter. Spinkle with parmesan cheees. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Serve upside down on Woven Traditions Dinner Plate or another Pie Plate.
