     Pretzel Salad

Ingredients
6 oz pkg strawberry jello
2 sm pkg frozen strawberries
1 1/3 sticks margarine
1 c sugar
2 c pineapple juice
2 1/2 c pretzels, broken into pieces
1 pkg dream whip
8 oz cream cheese
 

Instructions
Dissolve jello in 2 c boiling pineapple juice. Add frozen strawberries and set aside to thicken, but not set. Mix broken pretzels in melted margarine. Bake in Woven Traditions 9x13 at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Prepare 1 pkg of dream whip in Longaberger Medium Tip and Mix bowl, blend in 1 c sugar and cream cheese. Spoon slightly cooled pretzels into Medium Oval Gathering Lidded Protector. Layer on top cream cheese mixture and then jello topping. Chill. When set, slide into Medium Oval Gathering Basket and serve. Note- you may need to add another 1/2 of this recipe to fill the Medium Oval Gathering Lidded Protector. Recipe as is may not completely fill protector.
