Prepare stuffing mix in large bowl, according to package directions, using water, 1/2 cup butter and bouillon cubes. In medium sized skillet, melt remaining butter. Add red pepper, onion and celery; cook over medium heat until onion is tender; add to stuffing. In same skillet cook sausage until well browned; add to cornbread mixture with pan drippings and remaining ingredients. Mix to blend well. Bake for 25 minutes.
