     Mozzarella Loaf

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) loaf French bread
12 slices mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 Tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut loaf into 12 thick slices. Place slices of mozzarella cheese between bread slices. Combine Parmesan cheese, butter and garlic salt. Spread on each side of bread. Reshape loaf and press slices firmly together. Brush remaining butter mixture on outside of loaf and wrap in foil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
