     SPINACH BALLS

4 BOXES SPINACH
6 C. HERB STUFFING MIX
2 ONIONS CHOPPED VERY FINE
12 EGGS WELL BEATEN
1 1/2 C. MELTED MARGARINE
1 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
2 t. PEPPER
1 T. GARLIC SALT
 

Instructions
COOK SPINACH ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS, DRAIN SQUEEZING OUT LIQUID. COMBINE SPINACH WITH ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL. REFRIGERATE ONE HOUR OR MORE. SHAPE INTO 3/4 INCH BALLS. PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED SHEET. BAKE 325 15 MIN.
MAY FREEZE THAN BAKE FOR 20 MIN TO SERVE.
