     Crustless Coconut Pie

2 cups milk
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 
Instructions
I always loved the way the crust appeared out of nowhere! Mom loved making simple desserts, especially during the winter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie plate
Blend all ingredients in blender for 15 seconds Pour into pie dish Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
