     Andes' Mint Cookies

Ingredients
1 Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 Egg
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
24 Andes Mints
 

Instructions
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, egg, and oil until incorporated. Roll Cake mix into balls and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake! While cookies are still hot, press one Andes mint into the top of each cookie. Let them all sit for a minute or so, then use a knife to spread out the melted mint like frosting.
