Put avocados in a blender and mix to a smooth consistency.
Stir in the onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt and tomato.
If you don't plan to serve at once, cover the guacamole with l tsp of lemon juice to keep it from turning brown. Pour off the lemon juice and stir before serving.
