     Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 banana (peeled, frozen and diced) (WIC food)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (WIC food)
1/3 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
3/4 -1 cup light vanilla soy milk (or milk of choice- (WIC food))
few shakes of pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice)
1tsp vanilla
4-5 ice cubes
 

Instructions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Pour into cups and serve.
