|
Crush a cup of cereal into crumbs.
|
|
|
Help child peel banana and cut it lengthwise. Place on dish.
|
|
|
Allow child to spoon yogurt on banana and spread it so the banana is covered with a thick layer.
|
|
|
Let child sprinkle the crushed cereal on top and serve. (Other ideas- use peanut butter or lowfat cottage cheese instead of yogurt)
