Ingredients
1 1/4 C. flour
3 t. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 C. milk
2 T. oil
 
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix oil, egg, milk. Add to dry ingredients all at once. Stir until flour is moist. Batter will be lumpy.
