Preheat oven to 375 degreeS.

Mix brown sugar, bisquick, and butter till crumbly. Stir in nuts. Press into ungreased pan. Bake until brown (about 10 mins). Let Cool.

Beat sugar, and cream cheese till smooth. Add 1/2 bowl cool whip. Beat again till well blended. Spread over baked layer. Refrigerate.

Mix pudding with milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Pour 1 tbsp powdered sugar over remaining cool whip, mix. Spread over pudding. Use nuts and cherries to garnish.
