     Homemade Tomato Soup

Ingredients
3 (15 ounce) cans whole tomatoes with liquid
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
3/4 cup whipping cream
 

Instructions
With blender, puree tomatoes (in batches) and pour into large saucepan. Add chicken broth, sugar, garlic and a little salt and bring to boiling. Reduce heat and stir in whipping cream. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until soup is hot. Do not boil.
