Freeze beef so it will be easier to chop.
Take cream cheese out earlier in the day so it will be softened to room temperature.

Mix cream cheese, onion, and garlic.
Add worcestershire sauce and mustard and mix thoroughly.

|
Chop beef while still frozen (Dice) Add beef to mixture and mix well.
|
|
|
Form into a wel-rounded ball. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
