     Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients
1 onion diced
3 celery stalks diced
1 tblspn sesame oil
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 thyme
salt n pepper
2 c whole wheat bread cubed
2 c corn bread cubed
1/2 c vegetable broth
 
Instructions
preheat oven 400 Sautee onion and celery in oil
combine spices with bread and cornbread mix well add onion & celery stir.
add veg broth until moist using more or less bake 20 min
