     Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb round steak (cubed)
1 can Campbells Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp flour
1 pkg onion soup mix
Mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
Egg Noodles
 
Instructions
Saute round beef in olive oil. Add mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix, and mushrooms. Simmer on low for 30-45 minutes. Add flour to thicken.
Boil water for noodles. Cook as directed. When noodles are done, add sour cream to the meat just before serving.
