     Terry's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
16 oz. Organic Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Instant Vanilla Pudding (used Homemade Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix)
1 or 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 small True Whip (whipped topping)
1 Graham Cracker or Shortbread Crust
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour into crust, cover and refrigerate (best overnight)
