Cream crisco, brown sugar, and eggs together. Add
buttermilk. Stir. Combine flour, baking soda,
baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and oats.
Add to mixture. Add raisins and nuts. Drop from T.
on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for
about 8 minutes.
