1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

SAUCE
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
1/2 cup buttermilk
|

Chunk of butter
|

1/2 tsp vanilla
|

1/2 tsp soda

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350. Sift dry ingredients. Stir in oil, eggs, milk, prunes. Pour into an 8x8" pan. Bake 45 minutes.

SAUCE: Melt butter over low heat. Add sugar, buttermilk, vanilla, baking soda. Turn to medium heat and cook 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
