Preheat oven 375. Place potatoes in seperate bowls. Add each 1/2 cream cheese, sour cream, satl & pepper and mash. Stir in Parmesean into white potates. Mix in 1/2 chedder into sweet potatoes. Alternate layers of potatoes in clear glass casserole dish. Bake 15 min. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and cook 5 more min.
