     Tatertot Casserole

Ingredients
1 - 2 lbs ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, diced
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar
3 cups mixed frozen vegetables of your choice (peas, green beans, corn, carrots)
salt, pepper, seasonings of your choice - to taste
1 package of Ore Ida crispy crowns
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown onions and meat; add vegetables until thawed. Put into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish.
In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk. Pour over meat and vegetable mixture.
Top casserole with tater tots. Bake for 25 minutes, then top with shredded cheese and bake until melted, 5-10 minutes more.
