1 - 2 lbs ground meat
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 medium onion, diced
|
|
8 ounces sour cream
|
|
1 cup milk
|
|
2 cups shredded cheddar
|
|
3 cups mixed frozen vegetables of your choice (peas, green beans, corn, carrots)
|
|
salt, pepper, seasonings of your choice - to taste
|
|
1 package of Ore Ida crispy crowns
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
|
|
|
Brown onions and meat; add vegetables until thawed.
Put into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish.
|
|
|
In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, and milk.
Pour over meat and vegetable mixture.
|
|
|
Top casserole with tater tots. Bake for 25 minutes,
then top with shredded cheese and bake until melted,
5-10 minutes more.
