Remove core and par boil cabbage, removing outer leaves as they
loosen.

Mix all filling ingredients together.
|
|
|
Cut away the heavy part of the rib on each Cabbage leaf.
Place a small handfull of filling in the center of the leaf and roll
moderately tightly.
Layer in the bottom of pan, alternating directions with each layer.
Cover with sauce.
Place an inverted ceramic plate on top of the rolls to hold them
together while cooking.

Cover, bring to a boil.
Reduce to medium heat and simmer until done. (45-60 minutes)
