     Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb stew beef trimmed
Flour to coat beef
salt & pepper & garlic salt
carrots, celery, yellow onion, potatoes
tobasco sauce
worchestshire sauce
1 bullion cube
1 bay leaf
 

Instructions
Salt, pepper and garlic salt meat well then coat in flour and brown in bacon drippings (if you have them) or oil. Add water to cover meat and add 1 bullion cube and the bay leaf, simmer for about an hour. Add potatoes, onion, carrots & celery each cut the same size. Season with worchestireshire and tobasco (a few dashes of each)and cook until vegetables are just tender.
