Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
COATING
Powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix till fluffy butter, shortening, granulated sugar, salt, almond extract.
Add flour to mixture. Fold in chopped nuts. Roll into 1" balls.
Bake 12 minutes. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
