Sift cake flour,sugar,baking powder, and salt into large bowl
Blend in shortening and 3/4 cup milk, then beat at medium
speed for 2 minutes. Blend in eggs, flavoring and remaining
milk. Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased pans .
Bake on 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes then
remove from pans.
