In 3-quart microwaveable bowl, combine corn syrup and sugar. Microwave at high 2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in peanut butter and salt until well mixed. Immediately add popcorn; toss to coat well. Microwave at high, stirring 3 times, for 5 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container.
