     Pecan Brittle

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp bakin soda
 
Instructions
Stir toether 1st 3 ingredients. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Take out, stir. Cook on high an additional 4 minutes.
Add pecans, butter and vanilla. Cook on high 2 minutes.
Add baking soda. Gently stir. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
