4 cups froxen stir fry vegetables (broccoli, sugar snap peas, red pepper, onion, water chesnuts
8 oz cooked drained dark and white meat chicken
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a large pot cook the pasta, drain. In the same pot heat oil and saute garlic and veggies 4-6 minutes. Add chicken and heat through. Return pasta to the pot toss with cheese, pepper flakes and salt and pepper.
