Cream butter, chocolate, and sugar. add eggs 1 at a time. add vanilla. whisk together dry ingredients and slowly add to wet until just incorporated.
chill for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) form into 1 in balls and roll in powdered sugar. place on baking sheet 2 inches apart and bake for 10 mins at 350
