     Liver Wurst

Ingredients
1 1/2 Lbs liver, uncooked
1 Lbs of pork, uncooked
1 medium sized onion
6 Tbsp of butter
3/4 Cup flour
3 eggs
salt
pepper
milk
 

Instructions
Grind liver, pork and onion. Make a white sauce of the butter and flour, then with milk to the thickness of gravy, and set aside to cool. Beat the eggs until very fluffy, add to the liver mixture, and mix up well. Add white sauce and salt and pepper. Pack in jars being carefull not to fill too full. 1 1/2 hours.
