Mix dry ingredients in top of double boilder. Add vinegar and melted butter; stir until you've got a smooth paste. Remove from heat and add egg yolks and milk; stir to mix. Cook over boiling water until the mixture thickens, stirring. Cool before serving. This is delicious over fruit or gelatin salad. Makes 1 1/3 Cups.
