2 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla

| |
1 cup brown sugar

Instructions |

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt cinnamon and 1/4 cup cocoa.

Whisk in milk, melted butter and vanilla until smooth. Spread batter into bottom of baking dish.

|
Small bowl mix brown sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over mixture. Do not stir.

|
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
