     Ham and Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups diced ham
1 1/2 cups shred swiss
1/2 cup chopped scallions
 
Instructions
Mix first group of ingredients. Add in swiss, ham and scallions. Pour into deep pie dish. Bake 400 10-15 minutes, then 350 25 minutes.
