Mix butter, oil and peanut butter together. Add egg and vanilla and mix. Add white sugar and brown sugar and mix. Sift flour and soda into mixture and mix. Stir in choclate chips.
Heat oven to 350 F. Drop cookies by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
