     Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 bay leaves
4 cloves garlic (crushed and peeled)
1 tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Add ingredients except chicken to slow cooker and stir thoroughly. Add chicken and be sure to coat all sides. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours (until chicken is tender)
Remove chicken and refrigerate. Turn slow cooker to high and remove cover. Leave in pan and cook 1 hour to reduce and thicken. Add chicken to sauce and heat through. Remove bay leaves before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on rice
