Add ingredients except chicken to slow cooker and
stir thoroughly. Add chicken and be sure to coat
all sides. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours
(until chicken is tender)
Remove chicken and refrigerate. Turn slow cooker to
high and remove cover. Leave in pan and cook 1 hour
to reduce and thicken. Add chicken to sauce and heat
through. Remove bay leaves before serving.
