Cut up potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Beat
with mixer and add 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 cup
sour cream, salt and pepper. Boil the noodles in the
chicken broth, then add chicken. Best if potatoes
are served over potatoes.
