     Glazed Carrots with Pistachios

Ingredients
3lb small carrots
3 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
 

Instructions
Boil carrots until just tender. Drain.
Toast pistachios in oven 8-10 minutes.
Melt butter in skillet. Add brown sugar, stirring until melted. Add carrots. bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.l
Transfer to bowl and top with pistachios.
