     Corn Beef Hash Homemade

Ingredients
Corn Beef Round Cut
Potatoes
Ms. Dash Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Celery Flakes
 

Instructions
Remove Corn Beef From Wrapping, Wash, Place in pot with just enough water to cover the Corn Beef. Add included seasoning packet that came with the Corn Beef. Cook for Approximately 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Continually check progress to make sure water level remains just above corn Beef. Once done remove from water and allow to rest.
Peel 4 large Potatoes, wash and cut up to just above the size of Large cubes. Heat oil in frying pan. Oil should cover bottom of pan. When oil is hot add potatoes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Stir from bottom of pan to prevent breaking the potatoes into mush. Add above seasoning to taste. Cook till Potatoes are firm but done.
Cut Corn Beef into Large cube size pieces. Add to Potatoes Stir and add additional seasoning if needed.
Place on plate and apply fried egg over Corn Beef and Hash and Enjoy.
