Cut cube size pieces from the beef. Steak is tender and
pricing can be comparable to London Broil or round steak.
Heat frying pan add oil to cover bottom. When hot add beef
and brown to desired doneness. Add Cream of Mushroom
soup and stir. Slowly add in a can of broth (water works also)
and slowly simmer. Add above seasoning to taste.

In large pot of boiling water add Spaghetti. Cook till just firm
and turn off pot and remove from hot burner to a non used
burner. Spaghetti will to continue to cook. Check in 5
minutes to see if desired doneness is achieved. Do not allow
to overcook. Slightly firm is better than mush. Strain and set
aside.

Add sour cream to simmering beef. Color should be paper
bag constituency. Add additional seasoning to taste. Simmer
additional 5-10 minutes low heat.

With Spaghetti still in strainer run hot water over it to loosen
sticking. Strain and place on plate. Cover with beef and
sauce. enjoy
