Wash chicken and drain, Heat large skillet or pot 1/2 full of
oil. Season Chicken with above seasoning. Use cayenne to
family tolerance only. Make sure chicken is thoroughly
covered with seasoning.

In Large bowl add Chicken Fry Mix and 1 cup flour. Mix the
two together.

Check oil for degree of hotness. Take a pinch of flour mix, drop into oil if it starts to
fry, oil is hot enough.

Coat chicken with Flour / Chicken Fry Mix. Do each piece of
chicken individually and make sure it's coated in all
crevasses. Place into hot oil and deep fry for approximately
15 minutes. The cook time is not scientific. The best judge
is to look at the chicken. If there is very little to no bubbling
(frying activity) around that piece it is done. Remove from
heat, let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy.
