1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained (WIC food)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (WIC food)
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the rice, sloppy joe sauce, corn, mushrooms and seasoned salt.
Transfer to a greased 2qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
