2 oz (60g) baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dried

Instructions
heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Add chili, whole, and tsir for a minute. Remove chili. Add spinach and stir-fry rapidly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain spinach in mesh colander, pack into bento divider or cupcake liner.
