Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of 18 x 12
x 2 or 1 inch baking pan with parchment paper and
spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Melt butter and 4 oz chocolate. Save. Beat sugar and
eggs until fluffy in another bowl. Add flour and
salt, mix well. Add chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts
and vanilla.

Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Col before
pouring frosting over the top.

Bring cream to boil, stirring constantly. Place
chopped chocolate in medium bowl; pour boiling cream
over and stir until blended. Spread thin layer over
top of brownies. Cut when cool.
