     Make The Night Before Breakfast

Ingredients
8 slices white bread
1 lb browned bacon or 2 cups chopped cooked ham or vegetables
12 well beaten eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion or 1 cup minced onions
8 oz shredded American cheese (can use slices of American cheese)
 

Instructions
Remove the crusts from the bread and butter both sides and spread in greased 9 X 13 pan,then add the (bacon or ham or vegetables such as- green peppers and red peppers, whichever you decide to use) spread over bread. Add chopped onions and cheese spread over bread. Mix together eggs, milk and pepper, then pour over bread. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
