Ingredients
1 Cup Grits Uncooked
16 Ounces Velveeta Cheese
3 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic (Find in the Refrigerated Section)
 

Instructions
Cook grits by package directions. Stir in Velveeta cheese, garlic, and butter until melted and blended.
Whisk eggs, milk, and salt together. Slowly add egg mixture to grit mixture. Stir til well blended.
Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
