Blend buttermilk eggs and butter. Pour over cereal mixture
Mix well with wooden spoon. Put in covered container. Refrigerate over night DO NOT STIR AGAIN
To bake Place heaping tablespoon of mixture in greased muffin tins Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mixture keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator
Muffins freeze well Microwave 30 seconds
If you don't refrigerate overnight they don't rise well.
