Melt butter in 3 quart sauce pan. Add marshmallows and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted and mixture is very suripy. Remove from heat.
add rice krispies and stir until well coated. Press warm mixture evenly and firmly into well buttered 13x9x2 pan. Cut into squares when cool
