Beat yolks of eggs until light, add in sugar slowly, then slowly stir in Rum and milk. Stir in whipped cream and just before serving fold in stiffly beaten egg whites on top and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Serve in punch bowl using 5 oz individual servings.
